Therefore, it is recommended to use pre-dried mushrooms for food, in which case up to 80% of the proteins contained in them are absorbed.

  • The white fungus is used as a drug for tuberculosis, loss of strength, to improve metabolism. In dried porcini mushrooms, there is a hercudean alkaloid, used in the treatment of angina pectoris.
