Weevils and weevils are a family of herbivorous coleoptera, the most important and diverse of the Curculionoidea superfamily.

The wheat weevil as well as the rice weevil develops best in warm climates and the larva is quite similar. They have a forward head projection with elongated holes in their thorax. The wheat weevil is unable to fly, it can only walk, while the rice weevil actively flies.
These insects when they reach adulthood seek protection from unfavorable conditions of the dry climate, in buildings, entering through doors, windows, cracks in the walls, not damaging the building, or the human being living in the room. But if they can damage the foods that are in the pantries.
