Trying Out The Shien App!! (Haul) 🛍

Currently in the online shopping world there has been a trend in super cheap clothing websites that take extra long to ship such as Wish.
One of those that has been advertised a lot is an app called Shien. I personally like to shop in person for my clothes but I figured I’d give online clothes shopping a go.. here is a complete review of the clothes I got from Shien!

I bought a collection of different types of wear starting with shirts.

Shirt #1 : The Online Look

When you’re looking over the online photos of this shirt you see a bright pastel watercolor-type pattern with a fabric that looks like it would be thick and soft.

The Actual Product :

The pretty pastel coloring has more of a bright neon colored vibe to it with the rest of the pattern looking pretty similar to the online pictures. The fabric is just a cheap t-shirt material which is expected for an $8 shirt.

Once on the length is of course a crop top as it entailed..

.. but sort of clings to your body making it an odd fit. (It looks sort of like I got beat up/have been crying but I promise I’m just super tired shhhh)

I bought this shirt in a medium but I would recommend buying it in a size bigger than you normally are. Overall I do in fact like this product and will probably end up wearing it in the future.

Shirt #2: The Online Look

This shirt had a bright tie-dyed theme to it and a strap at the top to tie around your neck since it is a halter top of course. A rather simple article of clothing that for some reason reminds me much of the fair or a carnival.

The Actual Product

Nothing really different from the picture online to the actual piece. Only thing that would be super noticble is the brighter colors on the actual shirt compared to the picture but I don’t see anything wrong with that. The fabric is much like the shirt above (as expected when I bought it) and it has that awkward clingy fit which I believe is from being to small. I bought it in a medium but would recommend getting a bigger size for this one as well.

Bathing Suit : Online Look

This bathing suit has a floral print pattern of sorts with a netting across her chest area as well as the same netting on the waist.

The Actual Product

This product is EXACTLY how it looked in the picture and the fabric doesn’t seem so cheap. It’s a little complicated to put on due to the netting on the top however once you try it on the first time it’s easier to put on all the other times. I ordered this one a size larger than I normally would and it did in fact fit perfectly.

Flip Flops : The Online Look

The last product and by far my favorite! These are a flip flop with many straps, including a big toe strap, all different colors and materials.

The Actual Product

The normal shoe size I buy fit very well and they look just like the pictures online. 100% recommend.

After going through all of the things I bought I am quite happy with my order, one thing I learned was to buy a size bigger due to the normal sizes running small. I have to say this app is not so bad and the prices are very nice even with the material of the clothing I bought.
