How To Deal With Fear.
Fear exists but like I always tell people, it is not real. It only exists in the mind based on our fears and insecurities. Fear is a perfect path for failure. With fear, nothing can be done or ever will be done. Fear exists in our daily living and we can’t ignore it but we have to deal with it.
How then do you deal with fear?
1. Factor God into the situation.
Often time we try to figure out things for ourselves. We try to do things our way and go all the way. Until you experience peace or stillness, you won’t see God. The bible says:
Psalm 46:10 (NIV)
He says, "Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth."
Until you pray and remain calm to some extent about that situation, you can’t see God come in, because it shows you are trying to figure things out on your own and God is a jealous God; He wants all the Glory. He said His Glory He will share with no man.
When fear arises, involve God in the matter. You are not alone. Compare the problem or the giant to your God and not to yourself or your ability, because in comparison to God, that giant is a dwarf.
