How Do You Deal With Fear?
The first point I dealt with earlier talked about involving God in anything that causes you to fear. When you are losing your peace, just let it go. Involve God and don’t try to do things by yourself.
2. You must delve into the memories of past victories.
I am sure you have called on God at one point and He showed up for you. If He showed up then, what makes you think He won’t show up again? Delve into the memories of past victories that God has given to you, it helps to calm you down and know that you won’t and can’t be alone. Leverage on it.
Deuteronomy 7:18 (NIV)
But do not be afraid of them; remember well what the LORD your God did to Pharaoh and to all Egypt.
Only those who remember, appreciate.
3. Have a cause bigger than your fears.
The fears are real but God is more real than the fears. The fear exists in the mind but God exists everywhere. Your ‘why’ must be greater than whatever is standing in your way of accomplishing it. If you are so consumed with your goal, it mostly outweighs the doubts that set in because you are focused on the goal that lies ahead. If you must do it afraid, do it afraid because courage is not the absence of fear but the presence of fear yet the will goes on. Step Up!

Hello old friend, I can confirm that God does exist and I can say that He always finds ways of communicating with us. Fear is what holds you back if you don't confront it, but there is always a way out 😉
