TWILIGHT SAGA BOOK TWO: THE NEW MOON
Today on my book series, I just finished reading Twilight saga The new moon. This is the second book in the Twilight series by Stephanie Meyers.
In this book, after the near death experience Bella had with James the vampire, Edward decided to let her be. He feels she is better without him as human to a vampire. So he left Forks with his family to go settle somewhere else. Leaving Bella alone to battle with his absence, and in her misery she befriended Jacob who is Billy's son and a werewolf.
Her friendship with Jacob grew but her love for Edward never left. She endangers her life with extreme sport so as to hear Edward's imaginary voice. She had a run in with two of James (her almost killer) friends (Laurent and Victoria) but was saved by the wolves.
Towards the end of the book, the narration changed to where Alice was seeking Bella's help to save her brother Edward who was on a mission to kill himself, because he assumed Bella was dead.
This is an interesting book which you won't want to drop while reading. Also it's a good analysis that sometimes, scratch that most times books are better than film adaptation.
