Stay Calm in Fight

I think the old practice called silence can really work. They tried to completely ignore an angry wife and fulfill their unnecessary demands. In fact, they are not deprived of a big lesson.

In fact, it may not really work because it tests our limits frequently. But if it's something you really need to do, then do it. Do not answer the nag and do everything you can to keep it quiet. However, when this is really applied as a rule, it does not go into a good and normal discourse of reasonable behavior or communication.

The grousing spouse generally feels justified. but they are not only entitled to everything they really want or need, but they also have the right to look at you as a truly dependent individual or obedient.

Many of us actually want to do the right things, we all really feel like we're really ignoring ourselves or knowing what we're doing from some kind of passive aggressive attitude, or we're really ignoring ourselves or not really feeling exactly as we should.
