New Star Wars: Episode IX is Coming!

Only two years after the last part, the ninth sequel of Star Wars franchise is coming soon to the theaters and it is called The Rise of Skywalker. The story in world popular saga continues some times after the end of the last movie Last Jedi. The evil emperor Palpatine is coming back and our heroes have fight back.

J.J. Abrams came back to the director chair after his short break (in directing movies). He was directing Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens and skipped Star Wars: Episode VIII - The Last Jedi (directed by Rian Johnson). Abrams have been also one of the writers of ninth sequel with help of Chris Terrio.

Cast of the movie is more-less the same as in the previous sequel with few new names: Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker), Adam Driver (Kylo Ren), Lupita Nyong'o (Maz Kanata), Oscar Isaac (Poe Dameron), Keri Russell (Zorii), Ian McDiarmid (Palpatine) etc.
