Director of the movie is Andy Muschietti who also done the remake from 2017, and the writer of the screenplay is also the same, well-known Gary Dauberman, who done in the meantime movies like The Nun (2018) and Annabelle Comes Home (2019). As we all know, the popular clown is created by novelist Stephen King.
The main difference in the new chapter is that we will get new cast with some great names as James McAvoy, Javier Botet (he likes very much horror movies and he was in many, like The Mummy (2017), It (2017), The Conjuring 2 (2016)), Jessica Chastain, Bill Hader (The Skeleton Twins (2014), Inside Out (2015), Trainwreck (2015)) and others.
It is interesting that for Bill Hader it was his first time acting in a horror film and he struggled to act scared, because his naturally reaction to being scared was to nervously smile… Looool.. what a guy… :)
