Maleficent: Mistress of Evil (2019) – Teaser Trailer

Last news from Disney Studios was two months ago that their movie Maleficent: Mistress of Evil will come sooner than planned to the cinemas and now they published first teaser trailer for the movie and it looks awesome!

The story in the movie is still about complex relationship between Maleficent and Princess Aurora. The new enemies are threatening to their land and new alliances are forming to protect the moors and the magical creatures…

The movie is directed by Joachim Rønning (Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales (2017), Kon-Tiki (2012)) and screenplay is written by Linda Woolverton (Maleficent (2014), The Lion King (1994)).

Main roles in the movie are played by three great actresses: Angelina Jolie as Maleficent, Michelle Pfeiffer as Queen Ingrith and Elle Fanning as Princess Aurora. Also, we will see Ed Skrein (Deadpool (2016), Alita: Battle Angel (2019)) in the movie, Juno Temple (Atonement (2007), Maleficent (2014), Killer Joe (2011)), Harris Dickinson (Beach Rats (2017), Trust (2018)) and others.

It is interesting that Disney has chosen this year for the premiere because of the 60th anniversary of the original Sleeping Beauty (1959) and they were really busy this year, releasing 10 movies in 2019.
