FilmFriday: The Jungel Book (Also in English)

ein neuer Beitrag zu dem #FilmFriday, initiiert durch #javehimself. Heute möchte ich euch über eine Realverfilmung einer Geschichte vom Autor Rudyard Kipling erzählen. Vielleicht wisst ihr es schon es geht um das The Jungel Book, eine wirklich gelungene Umsetzung. Ich persönlich liebe den alten Walt Disney Zeichentrick-Film und schaue ihn mir immer wieder mal gerne mit meinen Kindern an. Die Musik ist grandios und da sind wir auch gleich bei etwas was dieser Walt Disney Film von 2016 super hinbekommen hat. Da ja alles real ist und dadurch auch etwas düsterer wurde die Musik entsprechend ohne fröhlichen Gesang umgesetzt aber wie ich finde auf eine subtile und tolle Art, welche in die Geräuschkulisse des Films integriert wurde so dass man sich nur über ein ärgert! Warum dauert die Musik zu den verschiedenen Tieren und Themen nicht länger. Auch der Rest kann sich sehen lassen, dramatisch, ernst, witzig und doch weit genug von der Walt Disney Verfilmung entfernt um seinen ganz eigenen Ton anzugeben. Eigene Story und stark gespielt vom kleinen Moglie Darsteller. Ich lese öfter mit meinen Kindern die Geschichten aus dem Dschungelbuch und man darf sagen das dieser Film sich auch noch näher an den Originalgeschichten orientiert, was für mich sehr erfrischend war. Das mag vielleicht nicht der Geschmack von Leuten sein die erwartet haben das der Film eine Walt Disney Verfilmung ist, aber mir gefällts. Eins noch die animierten Tiere haben mich wirklich sehr beeindruckt und ich denke den meisten wirds nicht anders gehen. Also viel Spaß im Dschungel.
Regisseur und Autor
Über den Autor Rudyard Kipling hat seiner Zeit zwischen dem 1800 und dem 1900 Jahrhundert das Dschungelbuch geschrieben neben vielen Gedichten und Kurzgeschichten. Er wuchs in Bombay auf und es ist davon auszugehen dass diese Einflüsse von Indien in sein Meisterwerk eingeflossen sind. Der Regisseur Jon Favreau hat berets bei einigen eher unbekannten Filmen Regie geführt. Richtig bekannt ist er allerdings als Schauspieler und das schon seit Jahrzehnten. Als letztes durfte man ihn öfters an der Seite von Ironman bewundern, einer besten Filme ist meiner Meinung nach Very bad things, falls euch der nichts sagt unbedingt anschauen.
Mein Tipp
Wer die Möglichkeit hat eines der Dschungelbuch Kinderbücher mit den Kurzgeschichten zu lesen, sollte das tun. Gerade im Bezug auf die Tiere und deren verhalten hilft das. Aber er ist natürlich auch so.ein richtig toller Film.
Plot (Spoilerfrei)
Mogli der vom Wolfsrudel im Dschungel aufgenommen wird erfährt von dem Versprechen Shir Khans jeden Menschen zu töten den er trifft. Doch dahinter steckt mehr wie sich zeigen wird. Auch eine grosse Dürre bedroht den Dschungel, doch als Mogli helfen will trifft er eine folgenschwere Entscheidung. Er soll das Wolfsrudel verlassen und gerät dabei in Abenteuer die mehr als Aufregend sind, sie.sind gefährlich also kommt mit auf eine Märchenreise in den Dschungel.

a new contribution to the #FilmFriday, initiated by #javehimself. Today I would like to tell you about a real film adaptation of a story by the author Rudyard Kipling. Maybe you already know it's about theThe Jungel Book, a really successful implementation. I personally love the old Walt Disney cartoon film and like to watch it every now and then with my children. The music is great and we're right on top of something that this Walt Disney movie from 2016 did a great job. Since everything is real and therefore also a little darker, the music was implemented accordingly without cheerful singing but as I find in a subtle and great way, which was integrated into the soundscape of the film so that one is only annoyed about one! Why does the music to the different animals and themes no longer last. The rest is also impressive, dramatic, serious, funny and yet far enough away from the Walt Disney film version to set its very own tone. Own story and strongly played by the little Moglie actor. I often read the stories from the jungle book with my children and I can say that this film is even closer to the original stories, which was very refreshing for me. That may not be the taste of people who expected the movie to be a Walt Disney movie, but I like it. One more thing the animated animals really impressed me very much and I think most of them will not do otherwise. So have fun in the jungle.
Director and Writer
Between the 1800s and the 1900s, the author Rudyard Kipling wrote the jungle book about him, along with many poems and short stories. He grew up in Bombay and it can be assumed that these influences from India were incorporated into his masterpiece. The directorJon Favreau has directed some rather unknown films by berets. But he is well known as an actor and has been for decades. Last but not least you could admire him at Ironman's side, one of his best movies, in my opinion, is “Very bad things”, if that says nothing to you.
A tip
Who has the possibility to read one of the jungle book children's books with the short stories, should do so. Especially with regard to the animals and their behaviour this helps. But of course it is also such a really great film.
Plot (no spoiler)
Mogli who is taken in by the pack of wolves in the jungle learns of Shir Khan's promise to kill every person he meets. But there is more to it than that. Also a big drought threatens the jungle, but as Mogli wants to help he makes a decision with serious consequences. He has to leave the pack of wolves and gets into adventures that are more than exciting, they are dangerous so come along on a fairy tale journey into the jungle.

At the beginning and at the end you can see the original jungle book which was created by the Grand Master himself. A sequel will follow, as Walt Disney has already announced in which againJon Favreau will direct, hopefully this will be.....
