Somewhat out of the usual. TOOTTC get s a direct and an immediate response from an adjudicator at the Smith Sound Film Festival. Although a small film festival it appears Mr. Bonnell and his colleagues are 'film aficionados' and therefore it does warm our hearts with the thought that maybe it's an indication of things to come.
