Today’s thoughts

I really felt the benefit of having a home gym today. This morning was definitely the type of morning where I would have struggled to leave my house and make my way to the gym.

However, when your gym is downstairs and you can see within touching distance, there is no excuse not to carve out 30-40 minutes to get it down. And once I get started, the lethargic feeling soon goes away.

In the evening I was able to get in 2 x20 minute of Cardio on the Peloton too... slept well that night!
