#fitnation June fitness goal - update
So my first week has been alright. I've done a few short runs, but have been trying hard to pick my pace up and give myself a short, sharp workout. I've cut down on the junk food and attempting to eat a little healthier.
Like I said, there are no record breakers in there, but it's nice to be out running regularly again. Don't think it will take me long and I should get my mojo back!!
So there's been a lot of fish, chicken and vegetables!! My problem is "over eating", so portion control has been key. I'm hoping that minimising my usual intake will help kick-start the weight loss and then when that plateaus I'll start thinking about calories and low carb...
So any advice is very welcome.
Im still hoping for a 1stone(14lb) weight loss and a sub 1hour 10km. That's just the start, hopefully I'll bring you something a bit more interesting next week.
