🏃Running Progress -May 2019🏃
Good afternoon from me in England!
As you may or may not know, I started my running journey on the 28th December 2018 and endeavoured to see it through the somewhat depressing winter and dark days.
I initially started running to help with my Mental health issues, and I must say that it's an incredibly powerful medicine which I highly recommend to anyone that's able to take up this crazy activity.
PS - I've also gone from 13st 2lb (184lb) down to 11st 7lb (161) which is about 10 bags of sugar in the UK 🤣
