What do you know, another Tuesday, another leg day!!
Here’s my workout today:
Leg curls:
4 sets. Both legs
Leg extentions:
4 sets. Both legs, no lockout
Leg press:
10 wide and deep and then 10 close and short immediately after - 4 sets
RDLs:
2 sets
Conventional Deadlift:
4 sets. Low weight, high rep (still recovering from back injury)
Walking lunges:
Slow and deep stretch with dumbbells to preserve my back
Lying leg curls:
4 sets
Calf raises:
Superset - standing and seated, 4 sets
