Boxing Tuesday 👊 Round 6 + Last Breakfast for a month :)
Good morning steemians!
Sorry I haven't published much recently as I've had been quite busy, yet have been passing along a workout here and there :)
You might have noticed from the title that today's post will contain the last breakfast for a month, and this is due to our holy month of Ramadan starting tomorrow.
During the month, we fast during the whole day, and break our fasting by sunset.
I will try to keep doing my workouts, hopefully within the day, but good bye breakfast :)
The Workout
Today's workout is basically our long awaited Round 6 of Nate Bower's 15 min boxing workout.
Those workouts keep getting better and better, possibly after a boxing break for few days :)
Another 15 mins of different combos, jabs, crosses, hooks and upper cuts, ... and don't forget about the leg work. Amazing stuff!
We still have round 7 coming up, and even much more.
Hope you are enjoying boxing as much as I am ...
The Breakfast
Soooo, our last breakfast for a month (as I mentioned above due to the holy Month of Ramadan), included today 2 arabic bread sandwiches:
The first of which contained yogurt, olives, almonds, and black cumin
The second, healthy for your sore throat, yet a lot of sugar, the sweet sweet Halawa :)

Marhaban Ya Ramadhan, Nice post, Happy Fasting...!!! I think you can write about how to maintain nutrition during Ramadan. In order to keep fit running sports activities :)
