Hello steemit friends hope today was great day for you all and you did enjoy it. Today I am back again with my health blog hope my previous health blogs might useful for your all I will share some health tips for fitness regarding increased belly and how to overcome it so let start this.
Among many health problem increasing weight is a big problem and increased belly is just a headache for those who gain it beyond the limit and then finds different way to reduce the belly so here I have some easy tips to follow for your daily routine.

Diet Plan To Reduce Your Bloating Stomach

If you have bloating stomach due to your bad habit of eating much food and junk food it will definitely come out. In every disease condition along with medicine doctors always prescribed diet plan which almost gives 80% benefits to the patients so it all depends on the care about our health and fitness and we should aware about all these things.
Fitness is something related to our daily life plans and what we do what we eat. Eating much habit can affect our fitness and mostly to our stomach due to overeating our stomach get disturbed and can’t handle the imbalance which causes increases fat and bloating stomach so think before you eat. I will give you some eating diet plan which will easy for you to follow.

First of all drink plenty of water everyone knows we should drink at least one liter water a day helps in digestion and excretion of toxins from our body and helps stomach to keep comfort and flatten.
Avoid junk and spicy food I will always advise you to accept only healthy diet in small amount like fruits and vegetables low in fat and high in protein. Avoid high fiber diet because it is main reason of your increasing tummy and fat so try to avoid it in your meal try to keep yourself fit. If you have very much bloating stomach and you want to overcome of this problem maintain your diet chart plan for daily make it and follow it from breakfast till dinner.
In breakfast you may consume oats, glass of milk can take fruit juice like pineapple and orange this is up to you what you like if not than a little healthy breakfast of one or two chapatti with veg. Don’t take too much time to increase your hunger and can take juice again after three hours because of small breakfast.
Eat always fresh food and in small quantity because high quantity and full stomach will lead you in laziness and you will not able to do other activities and you always go first for your food as usual will eat more which is not good for your belly.
Avoid rise in lunch or heavy meal in afternoon we all know rise always bloats our stomach and if take it in high quantity we can’t sit after eating it and feels discomfort able, take it in meal but in little quantity only one bowl you can also take soup because it relieve our hunger and not increase our belly.
Dinner must be eaten in very low quantity because in whole day you are consuming something little healthy so try to keep your stomach at rest in night you can take a glass of milk instead of taking meal. Try to keep your stomach empty after 7pm You will never see your stomach bloated.

Lemon Water Helps In Reducing Fat

Lemon is good for health and rich source of vitamin C and vitamin C is helpful in digestion and beneficial to keep our digestion in control and also to keep belly maintained so must try it before and after meal with mixing peppermint in lemon water will keep you healthy and protects from many diseases and infections.

Simple, Easy Exercises To Reduce Belly

If you want your fit and flat belly I am sure you will do it and you have only to change your diet plan and to do some exercises believe me it will become a part of your life and you will enjoy it later to do there are not very heavy exercises that you have to put weight on your body you have to just follow these exercises. Just follow these simple 7 steps of exercises daily for 30 minutes and see results if you get tired you may reduce your time but consistency you to maintain daily these are simple steps can do after seeing these.

Green Tea Must Drink

If we are talking about fitness I will definitely advise to add green tea two times daily you can take it three times it is good for health and fitness especially in fitness it helps to flatten belly due to a reason because it contains zero percent calorie and calorie always increased fat so it should try thrice a day. So stay always healthy and fit because fitness is must for increasing our life span and if you want to live a happy and healthy life, keep your body and belly fit and flat you will stay away from diseases and will live happily.
