Hot Yoga is IN….are you part of the Revolution?….

Hot Yoga has become one of the most sought after practices in the past ten years. It has become a fashion statement for many new and older fitness gurus. I do not know if many of you have tried Yoga yet, but I really suggest that you do. It is a science of fitness training and well-being. I have been to quite a few yoga classes here in Montreal, Canada and I do recommend it. It is ultimately one of the best workout that I have ever had the experience of having. It helps in eliminating any stressful problems that you have had throughout your day and lets you be you.

Now guys, I know what you are all thinking, why would a regular girl want to go to a yoga class? There is quite a few simple answers my friends, so I will explain them to you in the easiest way possible….

1. Is it the best workout hands down. 90 minutes of cardio vascular exercise along with stretching in 40 C heat. The women that attend this class everyday are amazing. I still do not know how they do it! It has really made me realize that women and fitness are something that goes hand in hand! You go girls!!!

1. It is a great place to relieve any stress that you have had during your day, week, month or even year. For at least 90 minutes for every time that you practice you will feel at ease!

2. Guys, do not tell the ladies I told you this, but women enjoy the fact that men are not afraid to show their Yoga side! Come on guys I know that you want to try it out! and I suggest that you do.
