How to achieve your fitness goals

Hey Steemians!

I published my first post a few minutes ago and am super stoked to post more!

Here is a video I have on my Youtube channel. It's about establishing fitness goals and how to reach them.

I've come a long way in my fitness journey everyone. I used to be the "fat kid" in the class that got picked on and was chosen last for teams.

Well today at 42 I feel strong, fit and can outperform many kids half my age.

And I want you to say the same thing when you're my age and beyond that.
