Challenge Completed - Arms and Shoulders Day 1160 reps on May 10

Had a few days off from the gym to get some things done, I had to buy a new bed for myself so I was looking at beds and trying to work out what I was going to buy.
I also spent thursday night looking at pillow cases and quilts n stuff, damn there were so many options took me hours to get my stuff and I still need to get a quilt cover tomorrow.
I spent today putting my bed together so I can't wait to try it out tonight after the gym. I haven't been sleeping well and I'm pretty sure it's because of my old bed.

Getting to my workout I got in the gym last night and put in a huge session to make up for having a few days off.
I'm noticing my strength is increasing really fast, and I'm able to bust out these really intense workouts a lot easier. I'm also trying to diet but it doesn't seem to be working lol, I put on 3 kgs over the last few days although I have been trying to not eat as much.
I guess it may be due to putting on muscle mass again though I can't really tell yet.
