Challenge Completed - Arms and Shoulders Day 520 reps on April 5
Geee wizz I fell off the band wagon the last few days.
Bought myself fallout 4 and have been playing that a bit so I neglected the gym. Was good to get back in there last night though.
I cut my workout short, as I had a real craving for a burrito on the way home. Damn those things are addictive, why do they have to put one right where I walk past to get back home lol.
These posts are done for two reasons, to give people an insight into how I train and also because I'm part of a fitness challenge.
