Challenge Completed - Arms and Shoulders Day 990 reps on July 14

Well it was back to the gym last night. I almost didn't make it as I woke up with a massive headache and was feeling like crap.
So I took a pain killer and just moped around the house for a while until the pain killer started working.
I'm glad I did take it because I was then able to get in the gym and bust out a solid workout, otherwise I wouldn't have made it in there.

I really need to cut back on the heavy lifting for a few months now.
I'm getting quite big and I could do with focusing on toning a lot more now. Damn arms are getting to big for my t shirts lol.

Bro add 21's for biceps It will give a great pump to the muscle and at the end of bicep exercises..21 reps* 3 sets @without any weight, @5kg, @10kg..Try it.
