☠️ The Workout - Cardio Day ☠️

I had to take the night off from the gym Thursday, been looking at getting a cheap motorbike for winter time so I can keep my beloved in good condition. The rain trashes bikes.

Was good to hit up another cardio session last night.
I managed to bust out another really solid run, it's amazing to see how well I have progressed with my runs.
I was just short of my previous PB, but was chatting with a mate from the gym for a few mins so slowed my pace a little.

I also managed to pump out 50 floors on the stair mill.
I added 10 floors last night :)
