Challenge Completed - Chest and Back Day 900 reps on October 14th

It was a good night to get back in the gym last night, the weather was quite warm here in Adelaide last night. I love the warmer weather as it makes training so much easier.
Lol I did have a bit of trouble getting in to the gym though, I grabbed myself a subscription to UFC fight pass. I have been planning to get a subscription for a few years now and I finally did last night. It's really cool because you get access to all the past fights in not only UFC but also stuff like fight night and strikeforce.
The last UFC I watched was like UFC 108 so I have a lot of catching up to do.

For my training last night I busted out a few heavy sets for a change.
The last few weeks I really haven't had the motivation to do the heavier sets, so I think last night was a good turning point for my training. Actually having that motivation to hit the heavier sets shows me I'm getting back on track.
I need to start hitting more intense workouts, as they also double as a cardio session. The heart rate really goes up and helps to burn fat.
