Challenge Completed - Legs and Abs Day 600 reps on June 8

Well I have not trained abs in quite a while, so it was good to get off my bum and train them again.
Need to start working on this gut a little more, but winter time has come here in South Australia and the cold really makes my bad back play up.
It gets tough to move around as it is let alone do things like ab crunches. I freggin hate winter time.

I managed to bust out another really solid leg session too. Leg day is actually really easy for me.
I really need to throw the old leg press back in though. Maybe some squats too.
I started to do a little bulk the other day, the cold weather really gets into my broken body and makes it ache like crazy so I thought stuff it I might as well pack on a few extra kilos over winter.
Then in a few months when winter is over I will eat less and lose a few kilos.

These posts are done for two reasons, to give people an insight into how I train and also because I'm part of a fitness challenge

💪 20 reps * 5 sets standing calf single leg, @ body weight 120 kgs

💪 12 reps * 5 sets leg extensions, @47kgs

💪 12 reps * 5 sets leg curls @47kgs

💪 12 reps * 5 sets standing calf, @180kgs, @190kgs, @200kgs, @190kgs, @180kgs

💪 8 reps * 5 sets leg extensions, @89kgs, @103kgs, @117kgs, @103kgs, @89kgs

💪 8 reps * 5 sets leg curls, @82kgs, @96kgs, @110kgs, @96kgs, @82kgs

💪 12 reps * 5 sets seated abs crunches, @25kgs

💪 20 seconds * 5 sets bicycle kicks for abs

💪 20 throws * 5 sets V-Sit lying down ball throw and catch (little tip make sure you don't get distracted, it's not fun if you don't catch the ball and it smacks you in the gut)

It has been odd without the challenge, there is a real void there now I miss it

Yeah, I've been as consistent as possible. I now see how much time it may have taken Matt to write these amazing post. But as always your more than welcome to join in on all the fun.

Yeah I could see the effort he put in, that's why I would always upvote generously. Felt like a few people were taking advantage though which is a shame.
I do need to start smashing pushups and squats. Damn leg day was last night, going to have to wait two more nights for the squats :)

Yeah I agree some people would not contribute the way they needed to do. I have no problem upvoting people who consistently support me.
