The word of God is like a calm to a raging storm. When we accept God into our life, his words will satisfy our hunger.
Paul talking to Philemon, praising his good work so that others listening might be encourages to want to be like him. It is very important for us to emulate good work and not bad work in Christian community. That's why the Bible tells to search the heart and know the one that's truly of the lord.
