I do think they call this flower the Crimson Cattleya also known by the nick name Ruby Lipped Cattleya it does look like sweet lips it's why i like this flower i actually saw this flower at a international flower show in the north-east of Thailand. This particular species of Cattleya was actually discovered in Brazil in 1818.
