My entry for the 🌸 FLOWER POWER PHOTO CONTEST BY FLAMINGIRL 🌸

Back again with another flower, for the #flowerpower photo contest led by @flamingirl. This time it's a Cape Daisy, or Osteospermum. A native of South Africa, these beautiful flowers are often found in borders, like the one along the sidewalk in front of my favorite restaurant for a Sunday breakfast, Cafe Nouveau in Ventura, California. Oh, no! Now I can't stop thinking about a chorizo jalapeño omelet with a side of fresh fruit and flour tortillas...and it's only Tuesday night.
