Hello everyone, I found this contest casually and I think it's great, The Flower Power contest @flamingirl, I show you one of my favorite flowers, 2 beautiful lilies, one red and one nuanced, I hope you like it.
Lilies are a type of flower that can usually be seen when the seasons of light and heat arrive. They stand out for their colorful colors, shape. Also known as amaryllis, it belongs to the Liliaceae family. Lilies are in the group of perennial plants and can easily reach one meter high. Its leafy stems form underground bulbs that allow the flower to store nutrients and survive the winter without problems, that's why they are known as highly resistant flowers

I love amaryllis. Here they have to be grown in pots and we usually try to make them bloom at Christmas time. I set the pot out doors during the summer and then bring it in during the winter when it starts to get cold outside. They are so beautiful. And really rather expensive here. Great one for the contest!
Yes friend, they are also produced here in pots but they bloom in May and June, when the rains start, they use them a lot in the squares and there are many variety of colors
