美食【鱼】- 新鱼不腥 | Fish from new stall (by @ace108)
Last week, one of the evening I went to a relatively new stall in a coffeeshop at 186, Toa Payoh Central, Singapore. I have been wanting to try the fried batang fish which is what we called the spanish mackerel locally. I ordered a set meal that comes with a meatball soup.
上星期的一个晚上，我在大巴窑中心大牌186号的一家咖啡店里的一个较新的摊位吃晚餐。 我一直在尝他们的巴鱼，这就是我们这么叫那马鲛鱼。我点了那套餐包括一玩肉丸汤。

那鱼煎的够脆，不错。菜还加了我喜欢的日本芝麻酱。
The meatball soup has wolfberries in it. The meatball is actually quite special. Inside it, it is stuffed with minced meat. So, it’s like a double meatball.
肉圆汤里还有枸杞。肉圆里还内有乾坤。包含着肉碎。算是福州肉圆吗？
The meal cost $5.50 which is not cheap by coffeeshop standard but it’s good enough for me to want to go back again.
这顿饭的价格是$5.50。根据咖啡店的标准，这不算便宜但这对我来说还是值得再回去吃。

鱼要除去腥味，加入白酒或者白醋，柠檬汁就可以做到了。我看那鱼做得很不错啊，看起来很好吃的样子！

我们这儿有一种地方特色鱼——独流焖鱼，连刺都是软的，但是卖相特别不好😂
