ADOBO - A Delocious Filipino Dish We're Known For /recipe

Hello steemians! For today I cooked a very delicous dish we, Filipinos are known for,...Adobo. There are some other ways how to cook it, this dish can also be pork, chicken or vegetables. The main seasoning for this dish are soysauce and vinegar that makes it delicous and tasty.For our baon, I cooked chicken adobo with potatoes. Here's how to cook this dish.

Ingredients:
1/2 kg chicken
1/2 cup soysauce
1/4 cup vinegar
2 potatoes
1/2 tbsp brown sugar
garlic
onion
pepper
salt
msg (optional)

Procedure:

1. Marinate the chicken in soysauce and vinegar. Set aside.
2. In a pan, saute onion and garlic.
   3.Put the marinated chicken and bring to boil
3. Add 1 cup water and let it simmer for 15 minutes
4. Put the potatoes, add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Let it simmer until cooked.

You may add soysauce and vinegar based from your taste.
