Hello Steemit Friends,

Today, it was wonderfully yummy and delicious with "Yummy Chick Peas (Chana Masala!!!) with Hot Pooris' !"

There are days, when you like to eat little more spicy and tangy food ! Ofcourse not daily, but yes...sometimes!!!

I believe, when you cook any of these types of food at home, you really can control the use of ingredients and its quantity in use. Since the Street food is bound to be way too spicy, tangy and oily !!! But when you cook at home, all ingredients can have fine balance, without the excessive use of any !!! Trust me...you have total control !!! Still the preparation can come out to be a real fine taste and delicious with very fine balance of oil, condiments and spices.

So, for today, I thoroughly enjoyed cooking and relishing the very Yummy Chick Peas (Chana Masala!!!) with Hot Pooris' ! and it was absolutely sumptuous meal !!!

With chick peas already soaked overnight and pressure cooked for 20 minutes, the rest was easy, with 2 or 3 cloves of garlic, one medium sized onion, 2 or 3 tomatoes, all pureed together and fry in a tablespoon full of olive oil. Once the mix is little pink in color add all the condiments and spices and then transfer the chick peas to the pan. Turmeric powder gives the real color to be preparation.

Decorate with sliced tomatoes, one slit green chilly, some cilantro leaves and finger sized scallions.

For Pooris' make the dough (I made green dough, by adding a spoonful of the paste of cilantro leaves to the wheat flour!!!) and then make the flat rounds and deep fry them in Oil. Drain the oil from the Pooris' and serve hot !!! Amazing, isn't it !!! Cook and enjoy whatever you want to... !!! ...you like to relish!!! ...Yummy and Delicious!!!
