[Food Mood] Feel The Softness of Egg Risolles
Risolle in Indonesian is known as Risol, usually in the form of a roll. But the Risolle that I showed you is more like a cake slides.
In Indonesia, Risolle usually has filling: vegetables, eggs, or meat, even cheese.
The risolle I eat has egg filling and a very soft blend of cheese. Unfortunately, I could not photograph the filling of this Risolle.
Because the Risolle is not in the form of rolls in general, it is shaped like layers on a cake.
On the surface of the skin coated with breadcrumbs like Risolle in general. Even so, the entire Risolle remains soft.
Just imagine, egg cake mixed with cheese. Full of layers of tenderness.
Don't forget to enjoy the softness of this Egg Risolles with mayonnaise or chili sauce. Yummy!
