Crispy fried popcorn chicken.
Ingredients.
For chiken:
- 300 grams of chicken breast.
- 120mls of fresh milk.
- 120mls of boiled cool water.
- A little of salt, pepper, tomato sauce, cooking oil.
- 15mls of olive oil.
- 15mls of cooking wine.
For flour:
- 1 egg, 4 tbsps of tempura flour, 4 tbsps of wheat flour, 45mls of boiled cool water, 1/2 tbsp of curry powder, 1 pack of bread crumbs, a little of coriander powder.
For sauce:
- 2 tbsps of mayonnaise sauce, 1/2 tbsp of mustard, 7mls of sugar syrup or honey.
