Cambodian Noodle- Hu Tiu

Today let me show you guys a popular food in Vietnam: Cambodian Noodle

Vietnam is famous for noodles, from rice noodle to Chinese Noodle, and this is my favorite so far: the Cambodia noodle. The noodle is made of rice, using a unique way to build.

Firstly, they use a particular machine to cut rice batch into the smaller noodle, then dry it to become the noodle. After drying, we will use the noodle for several purposes.

In this meal, we can cook using soup noodle or a dry one. From my photo, we prepare using dry style. By separating the soup and the noodle, combined with special sauce, we had an excellent Cambodia style noodle to use.

The topping for this noodle usually shrimps, porks and vegetables. Some places also use beef, but it was not popular. Generally, I enjoy using a dry noodle than soup one.
