Meat tenderizing

When you are up at 5 everyday, even on the weekends. You get to get a lot more done. My alarm clock, I mean daughter, got us up at 5 ready to play, so I played, and watched a video on how to tenderize meat naturally. Was very informative, and the best part was it was pretty simple. Spoiler alert, the best two was were the fruit.
