How to make Curd cheese cakes

Curd cheese cakes with filling from boiled condensed milk, are delicious and can be stocked to enjoy them with your freedom. I find them quite filling and rich in taste.

Ingredients

• 500 g of cottage cheese;
• 7 tablespoons of semolina;
• 2-3 tablespoons of sugar;
• 100-150 g of boiled condensed milk;
• 100 g of flour;
• a few tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Preparation

Mix cottage cheese, mango and sugar. Form the resulting mixture of small bread. In the center of each of them, put about a teaspoon of condensed milk. Then collect the curd cakes around the condensed milk, making the balls, and lightly flatten them with your hand, apply some oil. Roll the cheese cakes in flour and bake them until golden crust on both sides.
