Ground Beef Meatballs in Tomato Sauce.

When you want something rich to accompany a rice or spaghetti, nothing better than delicious Meatballs in Tomato Sauce, is an easy recipe to prepare.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 Kg of ground beef.
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 onion.
  • 6 Tablespoons of breadcrumbs.
  • 1 cup of flour.
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Green dressings. (to taste)
  • 3 large tomatoes for the sauce.
  • Salt (or marinade)
  • Oil.

PREPARATION:

Chop onion, green dressing, garlic, in a bowl place the meat with salt or marinade, oregano, add the chopped and leave to marinate for more than an hour, if you do it longer the meat will be more flavorful. (Reserve some of the chopped sauce).

Add the rest of the ingredients, eggs, bread crumbs and flour. Until forming a heterogeneous mix. This step is important, because you should go see the consistency of the mixture, to go forming the respective balls, try to be of the same size. You put it on the plate with some flour.

Heat the oil over high heat, and place the balls to seal them.

While the balls are browning, in a blender put the reserved ingredients plus the tomatoes and a pinch of oregano.

Add the sauce to skillet where you have the balls sealed, simmer for 20 minutes. Rectify the time by if you need some salt.

After the Minutes, Ground Beef Meatballs in Tomato Sauce, are ready to eat.
