Baked pork "Bear's paw"

Today I will tell you about a very tasty meat recipe which is very simple, although it requires some skill from the cook.
The result, believe me, will exceed all expectations!

Product composition:
- Pork (non-greasy), 400 gr.
- Potatoes, 350 gr.
- Eggs, 4 pcs.
- Cheese, 70 gr.
- Garlic, 5 cloves
- Salt and spices to taste
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Press garlic and mix with salt and herbs (I used dried Basil):
The meat is cut into portions :
Beat and rub with garlic mixture:
Peel potatoes and grate on a coarse grater.
Mix potatoes with eggs, salt to taste:
On a plate put a little mixture:
Put the meat:
And cover the mixture:
Carefully shift the entire structure on a hot frying pan with oil:
Fry for one minute on high heat, gently turn over to the other side, fry for another minute:
Put the meat in a baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese:
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes (until the cheese is browned):..
