Largest Paratha (Stuffed Wheat Bread) in the World with Challenge to Win 1800 USD
Story begins with, we were couple of friends on the way to Delhi for business meeting when one of my friends asked us if we have ever seen the largest Paratha in the world, That's how restaurant owner claims it.
They provide these sizes of Paratha on daily basis in the Town of Rohtak in Hariyana State of India. However, we decided to give it a try and asked couple of people for the directions. It wasn't hard to find this place being so much famous for it's food.
What is a Paratha?
Paratha is a north indian dish. Specifically freshly cooked wheat bread stuffed with various vegetables usually severed with curd and homemade butter.

Translation of the Banner since it's in Hindi Language: India's Largest Paratha (Stuffed Wheat Bread) made Desi Ghee (clarified butter from cow milk).
The Challenge: Eat Three Parathas under 50 Minutes and Get 1 Lakh Rupees (1800 USD) as a winning amount or Get free food for Life.

During our visit to this amazing restaurant, I personally requested the owner to let us visit their kitchen to see how this big sized paratha gets cooked and to click some pictures. Owner was pleased enough to give us both the permissions. When i visited their kitchen and saw my self how this monster is being cooked i was amazed to see the sizes being made, until then, we haven't got our order on the table. Hope, you'll like the following images.
The Winners
It was also amazing to see that, They have been running this place from past 10 years and So, far there had two winners. They also have photos of those people on a banner in the restaurant.
One of the persons in this image has eaten Four Parathas under 50 Minutes and the Second winner has eaten Three Parathas under 40 Minutes. This is quite an amazing news to us.
We were three people and ordered Just One Paratha and couldn't even finish 50% of it. So, we had to ask them to pack the rest for us to eat later. DAMN !!! the size...

Yeah i have also visited the place, if you want to taste more spicy parathas then visit muthal dhabas on NH 1.
