Sweet bean bread 蜜豆面包

Today, I made honey bean bread, very successfuly. It let me know that everything is possible, as long as you can go to do it! look at this one , is it very nice? This is my first time to do it , it made me excited when i saw the bread. really great ,isn't it ?

蜜豆面包是我最喜爱吃的面包之一,每每走到面包店,看到里面的蜜豆面包都会让我垂涎三尺。昨天刚买的面包粉到货了,那就检验一下面包粉的质量吧,我也来做做蜜豆面包,不过做完之后,感觉还是很有自信的,看这面包,外酥里软,好吃极了!

Ingredients:

Bread flour 300 g

Milk 150 g

Egg 40g

White sugar 60g

Salt 3G

Yeast 3G

Bean paste 100g

Butter 4G

材料:
面包粉 300g
一个鸡蛋
牛奶 150g
白糖 60g
酵母 3g
盐 3g
黄油 适量

ways to do :
All ingredients except butter are mixed to form a smooth dough.

做法:

先将牛奶,酵母,鸡蛋混合,然后倒入面包粉,加糖,盐,揉成光滑的面团,揉处筋来更好。 然后放到一个温暖湿润的地方发酵。大约2个小时左右,发酵成功!

Knead into 5 dough and relax for 20 minutes.
将面团反复揉,排气,然后均匀的分成几个小剂子。依然醒发 20分钟。


Roll into a round cake and put the bean paste in. do it for five times .then cut it like this !

将小剂子擀成圆饼,然后上面放一层豆沙馅,连续这样放5张。
将五张圆饼,分成8份,然后,相邻的两片对扭一下,形成花样。放入8寸圆模中,在温度适宜地方继续发酵。

Continue to ferment, brush it with egg liquid, oven 170 degrees, bake for 25 minutes, you can see delicious honey bean bread is cooked !

看面包变成2倍左右大的时候,刷上蛋液,撒上芝麻,烤箱预热170度,25分钟,上色满意的时候盖上锡纸。

25分钟后, 美味的蜜豆面包就做好了,第一次做,还很成功,非常好吃,一下就干掉了一半。看来以后不用去面包店啦,自己在家就可以享用这个美味的蜜豆面包啦!
