One of my favorite things to do while on a holiday is EAT. A Portuguese dish traditionally, Pork Sorpotel is a preferred table top for quite a few goan homes now, including ours. Its spiced, sweetened & sour all the same time, it's like a hot rave in your mouth that can only be shut down by the UNpossible will to put the spoon down. It's made with pork meat, fat & liver, is kept overnight after cooking to let everything marinade in its own lovely Juices & is eaten with ~ Poi (goan bread)

Yeah it is, try it out the next time your in goa, they make it really well here practically in every restaurant.
