Kwetiaw fried recipes
Ingredients
2 servings
100 grams of wet kwetiaw
1 egg
4 grains of meatball, sliced
1 carrot, finely sliced
1/4 small cabbage, sliced
1 spring onion
1 celery stick
2 cloves garlic, geprek & chopped fine
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce / tomato sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
to taste Salt / powdered broth
Step
Heat 2 tbsp oil, ceplokan eggs, then scrambled
Add 1 tbsp oil again, saute garlic until fragrant
Put vegetables and meatballs. Give powdered pepper
Put kwetiaw, stirring.
Give a variety of sauces and soy sauce. Cook until well mixed and cooked perfectly
Lift, serve
