BIKANG CAKE
This one cake is very beautiful, which resembles a flower that is in bloom. Not to mention if the trader adds food coloring to make it look more attractive. Bikang is a cake originating from Banyuwangi, East Java. However, this cake has also been sold in several other cities in East Java, such as Surabaya, Sidoarjo, and Malang.
Basic ingredients for making bikang are rice flour, wheat flour, starch, sugar, coconut milk, eggs, and food coloring according to taste. Then, the dough will be cooked in a skillet-shaped skillet. This cake is more enjoyable to enjoy while still warm.
