Ingredients
- 900 g of minced meat;
- 1 onion;
- ¼ cup chopped basil, cilantro or parsley;
- 1 teaspoon of salt;
- 2 tablespoons of chili powder - to taste.
Preparation
Put the frying pan warmed to medium heat. You do not need to add oil. Cut the onions, then mix all the ingredients in a bowl until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Fry forcemeat within 3 minutes, without touching, and only then stir. The dish will be ready when there are no pink pieces left.
The prepared stuffing can be stored in the refrigerator in a sealed container for a week, every day using its part for cooking other dishes.
