Eggs in Scotch with buckwheat

Ingredients per 1 serving

• 2 eggs;
• 100 g minced meat;
• 40 g of buckwheat;
• 1 slice of white bread;
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil;
• salt, spices.

Preparation

Cook and clean the eggs. From the bread cut the crust, soak the pulp in the water. Squeeze out the liquid, mix the bread with the stuffing. Tightly flesh with the meat mass of the egg. Fry the resulting cutlets in oil. Buckwheat cooked in salted water.
