Ingredients
- 500 g of pumpkin;
- ½ liter of rum;
- ½ liter of water;
- 2 cups of sugar;
- 3 cinnamon sticks;
- 1 vanilla stick.
Preparation
- First you need to cook pumpkin puree. To do this, remove the rind from the pumpkin, cut it, bake it in the oven, beat it in a gruel with a blender.
- Sugar pour water, bring to a boil and add pumpkin puree, vanilla, cinnamon.
- Cook over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Kashitsu strain, add rum, mix well, cool and pour into bottles.
- To insist a minimum of three weeks in a cool dark place.
