It would be unfair to forget about the very autumn product - the pumpkin. Besides, the liqueur from it turns out really tasty.

Ingredients


  • 500 g of pumpkin;
  • ½ liter of rum;
  • ½ liter of water;
  • 2 cups of sugar;
  • 3 cinnamon sticks;
  • 1 vanilla stick.

Preparation


  1. First you need to cook pumpkin puree. To do this, remove the rind from the pumpkin, cut it, bake it in the oven, beat it in a gruel with a blender.
  2. Sugar pour water, bring to a boil and add pumpkin puree, vanilla, cinnamon.
  3. Cook over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Kashitsu strain, add rum, mix well, cool and pour into bottles.
  5. To insist a minimum of three weeks in a cool dark place.
