How's your day everyone? I still hope you are all good at the moment..

Here's what I prepared for this cold weather afternoon merienda.. my veggie pancit bihon.

Less salt, more vegetables and less porky ingredients to make it healthier.

Alright, just waiting for my eldest daughter Katie from school. Sad to say, they were not suspended today in class. Netizens said that Makati City is not an area anymore of Metro Manila? that the mayor of this city did not suspend classes. People in Makati were mad today.. I am talking to Mayora Binay for her firm decision, only Makati was the last city standing for suspension of classes as always.

Anyway, let's go back to our agenda.. let's eat now..
