And with that being said I have over the last 2 months been eating vegan/ alkaline with fish 2- 3 times a week. I'll be completely vegan soon. No Milk, no eggs, no beef or meat and no acidic foods. I just have 3 dishes I make so far and I will be adding as I get more diverse with my meals. I will have random updates so that I can track my progress.
So far I have lost over 20 lbs with just eating. I will be vacationing soon so I won't fall off the wagon while I'm away but I will just need more control over what I eat. Wish me luck!!
